Recomend that you get the Vista Home premium, it's got much more features than the Home Basic edition.  I can supply and install this for £135 (not inclusive of call out) I also backup your documents and restore them to a fresh installation of Vista, this works much better than just upgrading, and you get to keep the Vista disk, also a valid legal product key will be stuck to your machine.
